Every order includes the EU Declaration of Conformity per bag type, heavy metal test reports (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr VI), a REACH SVHC declaration, material composition data and batch-level traceability.
PPWR Compliant
Big Bags
EU Regulation 2025/40 (PPWR) applies from 12 August 2026 to all packaging placed on the EU market. Every truck we ship comes with the full documentation set: EU Declaration of Conformity, heavy metal test reports, REACH declaration and material composition data, delivered within 14 days.
-
The Full PPWR Documentation Set
EU Declaration of Conformity per bag type, accredited heavy metal test reports covering lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium, a REACH SVHC declaration, and full material composition data. For food-grade bags, EU 10/2011 food-contact documentation is included.
-
Batch Traceability, Audit Ready
Every delivery is traceable to its production batch. When your customer, auditor or market surveillance authority asks for the technical file behind your packaging, the paper trail is already in your inbox, matched to the bags in your warehouse.
-
Documented Bags in 14 Days
Factory-direct production with most EU destinations reached within 14 days by road. Minimum order 1,500 bags with no upper limit; orders ship on consolidated trucks, so you never need to fill one yourself. Compare that with 60 days by sea from Asia, and with the documentation question still open on arrival.
-
It Applies to FIBC Big Bags
The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 covers all packaging placed on the EU market, including industrial transport packaging such as FIBC big bags and PP woven sacks. Substance limits, conformity assessment and documentation duties all apply.
-
No Grandfathering for Old Stock
Packaging placed on the market from 12 August 2026 must comply, there is no general exemption for existing warehouse stock. Bags bought earlier without documentation cannot simply be papered over later, the conformity assessment has to exist.
-
The Buyer Carries the Risk
If your supplier is outside the EU, you as the importer are responsible for verifying that a Declaration of Conformity exists and that technical documentation can be produced on request. A supplier who cannot provide these leaves the liability with you.
